Registration is Open!
Holy Apostles Orthodox Church invites you to join us for our 19th Annual Dinner Dance and Silent Auction on October 26, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The event will once again be held at the Penn Harris Hotel, located at 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Enjoy the taste of great food, the fun of dance music from Ryan Miller Entertainment, the thrill of bidding (and winning!) Silent Auc on lots and raffles and the excitement of door prizes! Doors open at 1:30 PM. This year’s theme is the Kentucky Derby, and attendees are encouraged to dress the part!

The meal for the Dinner Dance will be served buffet style. Tickets must be ordered in advance. To order, fill out the form below indicating the number and kind of tickets you would like.
- Ads: Support our event by placing an ad in our Ad Journal which is distributed at the event. Highlight your business, family milestones, or just wish us well! Four options to fit any message and budget!
- Sponsorship: Help Holy Apostles Orthodox Church through one of five levels of sponsorship of our Dinner Dance. Sponsor names appear on signs at the event and in the Church after the event.
Dinner Dance Derby | Nominate a Jokey
Have you ever dreamed of being a Jockey?
Now is your chance!
Enter the Jockey Trainee Program from August 30th-September 21st
To nominate yourself or another parishioner, donate money toward the building fund in your or their name. This can be done by indicating their name on an entry envelop, on your check memo line, or in the fill in line on Zeffy.
Nominees will be asked to choose a horse from the Paddock to color and name. Once entered, the Jockey’s name will be located on the leaderboard
beside the race track.
Watch the leaderboard weekly to see who is in the lead to become an official Dinner Dance Derby Jockey! The Jockey Trainee with the most funds raised in their name will be ranked number 1 on the leaderboard.
The top 10 Jockey’s will enter the Dinner Dance Derby that starts on September 28th. The Derby will last 4 weeks, ending on October 19th. Jockeys will progress along the race track as donations are received in their name. The race commentary will be broadcast atthe Kentucky Derby Dinner Dance and Silent Auction on October 26th, and the winner will be crowned Dinner Dance Derby Winner at the event.
